This Maryland based residential replacement window company lease the entire 120,000 sf building and the Penn 95 Distribution Center during the property purchase phase of the of the process.

We worked closely with TCW to located their restrooms and power distribution needs so under slab conduit and sanitary sewer could be installed during construction of the building shell. This not only saved significant expense for TCW it results in an unblemished concrete floor.

The marketing / sales office area feature upscale designs that will increase employee hiring and employee retention.

With this building located directly under the take flight path from Andrews Air Force Base sound was a concern. F-16 with full afterburner are attention getting. In fact, during the ground breaking ceremony the sound of several large transport plans coming in for a landing caused the speaker to stop until they had passed. Working with an acoustic consultant we developed an affordable design that is dramatically reducing the sound levels that don’t cause a disruption for people making phone calls.

This building is seeking LEED Silver certification.
