Only one of the three buildings in the original plan was actually constructed before the original owner turned the project over to the lender. However, all the underground piping, storm drain, curb, ramp and gutter were installed.

The new owner challenges us to create a more striking exterior appearance for the second building facing onto Wellington Road. We need to retain the same footprint and location on the site building in the earth area behind the curbs and paving.
